Terri is our CEO and the owner of Genesis Group, Inc. She’s not only an astute business manager and savvy decision maker, she is an experienced senior technical engineer with a wealth of skills. After obtaining her CCNA, A+, and Microsoft MCSE certifications, she began installing, configuring, and supporting small business networks around the Denver Metro area. Eventually, the opportunity to take full control of Genesis arose and she seized it, developing it into one of the only privately-owned, female-owned IT companies in Colorado. Since her acquisition, she’s obtained a Silver status as a Microsoft Partner, become a DELL Premier Partner, a Cisco Partner, and has migrated and configured over 1700 Microsoft Office 365 users throughout Colorado and the Denver Metroplex.

Her technical skills and customer service commitment are exactly the kind of expertise which makes Genesis a cut above. She doesn’t believe one size fits all. She listens carefully to each client’s expectations and then strives to exceed those expectations. “We are not a “cookie cutter company… I believe in one-on-one support. I want to help my clients succeed!” Her clients have rewarded her with their patronage now for over two decades!

Jeff Korsen
Communications Director / Senior Consultant

With a combination of seasoned field experience and passionate customer service, Jeff is the driving force and visionary behind a mission that puts the customer first. He has a rich balance of technical expertise, business management, and project/systems design. His IT prowess spans 33 years working for Fortune 500/1000 companies such as Lucent Technologies, Time Warner Telecom, and Jefferson County School Systems. In addition, he is a specialist in the IT needs and requirements for the Faith-based community.

Jeff is presently developing the communication, marketing, and sales strategies of Genesis, with a sharp focus on Connecting YOU with Technology. “I take very personally the mission of assuring excellence in all our product and service offerings. I’m not happy until our individual clients are happy.” He is also very focused on implementing new technologies to assure our clients of even better, faster response times on all our IT services when you have a need.

Jeff is married, has one daughter who is married and lives in Denver, and is the pastor of Genesis Church, a congregation given to serving in the Thornton area. He is an avid racquetball player, passionate lover of jazz, quiet time, reading, and coaching others in accomplishing their life’s dreams.
